Common Questions
We provide a range of therapeutic services, including individual therapy, couples therapy, group therapy, family therapy, play therapy for children, and psychoanalysis.
Therapy can be beneficial for anyone looking to improve their mental health, cope with challenges, or gain personal insight. If you’re feeling stressed, anxious, depressed, or simply want to understand yourself better, therapy might be a good option.
Therapy typically focuses on resolving specific issues or symptoms, while psychoanalysis delves deeper into the unconscious mind to understand patterns of behavior, emotions, and thoughts developed over time. Psychoanalysis is a more long-term, in-depth treatment.
A psychoanalyst is a trained professional who practices psychoanalysis, a therapeutic approach developed by Sigmund Freud. Psychoanalysts help patients explore their unconscious thoughts, feelings, and motivations to gain deeper insight into their behaviors and emotional states.
